RESIDENT GUIDES AT VERNA'S HOUSE
Verna’s House is a sober, structured, and supportive transitional living space. These guidelines ensure the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of all residents.
Core Rules:

Sobriety: Residents must maintain sobriety at all times. Random drug tests may be administered.

Respect: Treat fellow residents, staff, and the property with respect.

Curfew: Residents must return by 9:00 PM Sunday–Thursday and 11:00 PM Friday–Saturday unless otherwise approved.

Chores: All residents share household chores and must keep shared spaces clean.

Visitors: No overnight guests. All visitors must be approved and leave by 8:00 PM.

Case Management: Residents must participate in weekly case management meetings and make progress toward their goals.

Conflict Resolution: Any disputes must be brought to staff attention immediately.

Rent/Contribution: Residents with income may be asked to contribute toward housing based on ability.

Violations: Serious or repeated violations may result in discharge from the program.
